Return & Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy
You are eligible to return any product within 60 days of receiving your package. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return contact us at care@goodchoiceliving.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the photo or video and a detailed description of the problem.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds time-frame
Usually it takes time for us to receive your return (days varies according to your shipping method), and time for us to process after receive your return (3 to 5 business days).
Paypal account refunds: Usually immediately.
Credit card refunds: Between 5-15 business days.
It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
